Charleston in the Spring and a Gorgeous Wedding

Nothing like starting a trip to the US with our first stop in Charleston! My cousin Ashley got married and the full family was able to join!

Winter break to the beach

Carolina Days.... To kick-start our month long trip home, we headed to Isle of Palms, South Carolina to enjoy a week at the company beach house at Wild Dunes. Babaw, Grammy, Carolina and I set sail for a wonderful week away. What wonderful memories and Weather!!

B-day Celebration

It´s been many... many years since I´ve celebrated my birthday with the fam. Had a blast! and even had a visit from Charleston from Aunt Linda and Uncle Steve!

Her namesake vacation- off to the Carolina´s!

Glory days! I could relive this week over a million times. And out of the 800 pictures I took, it was all I could do to narrow it down to 20 or so. What an amazing week in North Myrtle with Grammie, Rod, Addie, Jack, Lynn, Lee, Ricardo and Carolina (and special visits from Cousin Francis, Aunt Linda and Uncle Steve and Butch). We certainly missed our Babaw, as this is his 2nd home, but we did our best to celebrate Carolina style! I can still hear the ocean roaring now. Lots of yummy dinners, boogie boarding on the ocean, playing around in the pool, walks on the beach, photo sessions- but I´d still have to say the most fun we had was hanging out in the condo listening to our M.C. Addie, watching Carolina and all her first and sitting around telling funny stories. What a crew! Here´s our beach days..... more to follow......

Myrtle Beach Days.....

The whole month of May.... enjoying the start of summer and some wonderful trips around the South to spend with time with family and friends. First stop- North Myrtle Beach with Ricardo, Mom and Dad. We spent 5 days at the beach, enjoying the sun, dinner at some of our fav´s (Drunken Jacks in Murrel´s Inlet) and a few rounds of putt-putt with Mom and Ricardo.

Return to Isle of Palms

Cross over the Ashley River to paradise. I love this place and this is what i daydream about in the cold winter days in Copenhagen (ehhem.. now for example). Before moving out of my place in Charlotte, I took a week at the company house in Wild Dunes. A few days with Mom & Dad, a few with Shereen & Henrik- all the way from Cairo- and a few days relaxing with Christy. and we also managed to buy a Wedding dress in between! (sooo wish i could post our fun pictures with mom, linda, gladys and christy, my photographer). Soon!!!

In Reverse.... Girls Weekend

a few weeks have passed with some wonderful weekends. Going in Reverse.....

Charleston Weekend- We've been planning this for months now and what a needed time with the girls. We missed our planner- Christy. Can't wait to see the rest of you guys in January! It was so hard to narrow it down to just a few pics.... What a hilarious and wonderful weekend!

1 Packed week- US style

Asheville, Charlotte, and Charleston. Ricardo came to visit and besides eating at our very favorite restaraunts, we got to see the family (Richards and Migioia's), some Charlotte friends, try out the new car =) and head to Charleston for a little Re lax ation. Lovely time! Only complaint- too short!
